Expecting a new baby is an amazing time in any woman’s/couples life and what better way to remember your pregnancy than with some truly beautiful photographs for you to cherish. It’s fantastic to see the look of hope and love as a woman strokes and cuddles their baby bumps, and is a true honour to capture these stunning moments. I offer studio or location shoots, it depends on what feels good to you, I can even set up a portable studio from the comfort and privacy of your own home, where you can relax and be yourself. Capturing photography with your partner involved will look stunning too; let’s get some intimate portraits of when it was just the two of you! When your little one arrives let me admit now that I absolutely adore photographing babies and my newborn baby sessions are designed to be relaxed. I work around the needs of you and your baby. We will take breaks for feeds, nappy changes and anything else that your baby requires so that they feel calm and secure throughout. I have countless blankets, baskets and other adorable props, but I encourage you to collect a few bits yourself too, such as little hats or headbands, so that we can make these images personal to you and your baby! I recommend that we do your newborn photography within the first few days after he/she is born – ideally between days 4 – 12, but a little later is sometimes fine too. This ensures your baby is still very sleepy and maintains that newborn wrinkly glow.

It is safe to say that I love photography. I want to reflect your families personalities, spirit and lifestyle through the images that I capture. I offer location based family sessions and small portable at home studio sessions for 2-3 as well as offering my services for your special occasions. I love working with children and developing that relationship of trust is something I always treasure. I encourage them to play their own little games and to get lost in their own magical worlds, as this is when we can capture true characters and natural expressions. It is my goal to create natural photographs to reflect your family, whether at special occasions or on shoots, as I create images that I want you and your family to cherish.
